this stillness sequence invites a deeper quiet. we open and center ourselves with the breath. the movement allows for the release of what is no longer serving us - emotions and thoughts that can often linger in the physical body, when we are not attentive. holding extended asana postures releases stagnant energy from the body. we conclude with a voice-guided meditation. now the breath is full and the body is calm…now, the mind is ready to quiet itself. each session is 60 minutes.
